This is a great opportunity to preview one of the upcoming classes at TIOF, and get another workout into a fudge-filled week!  This class will focus on core engagement, and strengthening muscle groups followed by stretching them out.  Exercises will include many tools from the toybox: stability balls, fit balls, foam rollers and the new TRX suspension trainers.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.  Space is limited, preregistration required.
