HOW CLASSES WORK
Classes, small group trainings and workshops are offered on
a monthly basis. You can drop in on outdoor and indoor
classes if space is available (please call 503-701-2179).
This page is updated mid-month for the upcoming term, so please check back. The classes listed below are generally ongoing, with new classes added throughout the year. Workshop offerings will vary. For more details or to be on the email list, please contact Kristin. Thanks!
HOW TO REGISTER
1. Pick the class(es) you want to take.
2. Click on the Register Today link under the class(es) you want.
3. Enter your name, email address in the fields, plus the name of the class you want in the comments box.
4. Click publish at the bottom of the page.
5. NO PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED on this site.
You must send your payment (cash or check) to the studio.
6. Your spot is confirmed once your payment is received.

We use the outdoors as our gym for a full body workout that targets the 3 A’s: arms, abs and asses. Just wait and see what we’ll do with stairs, hills, monkey bars, see-saws, park benches…

This class incorporates all those fitness toys you buy, but never really learned how to use to the fullest. This small-group training focuses on the three As: Arms, Abs and Asses. We’ll meet at the studio and incorporate weights, fitness balls, bands, gliding discs, pilates, kick boxing and more. This class is sure to make you look and feel great!

Cardio intervals and resistance training are two of the best ways to burn off those pounds! so let’s take advantage of those hills and stairs and get a great fat busting workout! We’ll intersperse the intervals will weighted exercises to tone the arms, back, abs and legs. Please bring a pair of 3 -5 lb hand weights.

Just about everyone has heard of pilates, but many are still clueless about what it is and how to do add it to their fitness regimes. I teach the STOTT method of pilates, which is a safer version of traditional pilates, updated with current exercise science and physical therapy in mind. Come learn the principles, improve your posture and alignment, tone the stabilizer muscles of your torso, and reduce stress and muscle tension. Your body will thank you for it!
