Cardio intervals and resistance training are two of the best ways to burn off those pounds! so let’s take advantage of those hills and stairs and get a great fat busting workout! We’ll intersperse the intervals will weighted exercises to tone the arms, back, abs and legs. Please bring a pair of 3 -5 lb hand weights.
