Tired of big-box gyms or typical boot camps that can’t provide personal attention to the huge crowds? Since TIOF classes are limited in size, they’re like personal training and classes blended together! Plenty of modifications, attention to form and variety. Classes are offered on monthly terms, but you can drop in if space is available. Just email or call first!

In addition to mat classes Kristin offer private pilates training. Sessions can be done on the mat, Reformer or Springboard. Sessions can be designed for individuals and small groups.

Personal training is perfect for those who want undivided attention and need a bit more guidance getting started. Also ideal if you’ve hit a plateau, are bored with your routine, or just don’t see results. Learn to workout smarter, not harder!

Not only is small group training an affordable way to work with a personal trainer, it’s perfect for those who want to workout with friends and keep each other motivated. You pick the time, focus and your buddies, we’ll provide the awesome workouts!

Private training fees
Single session: $70/session
Package of 5: $60/session
Package of 10: $50/session

Small group fees
2 people: $35/person
3 people: $30/person
4 people: $25/person
Fees based on a single session. Discounts apply for packages so please email me to discuss your group's needs.
