This class has it all: cardio drills, resistance exercises and balance challenges. We may use stairs, hills, monkey bars, see-saws, park benches and more! Class can be modified for newbies to athletes, so everyone can get a perfect workout based on their abilities and goals. You'll love it! Really!

This amazing class is designed for those who are familiar with pilates principals and beginner and intermediate mat exercises. The tempo is quicker so you flow from one exercise to the next, creating a fun and challenging workout. Props and variety are the name of the game, so you're sure to never get bored with the standard old routine!

Small groups = big savings! Get personalized attention, stay motivated and save some green compared to private training. The format of class blend aspects of Triple A, pilates and cardio. Tools use in sessions include TRX suspension trainers, balls, free weights, ands gliders and more. Sure to challenge the advanced , yet can be modified for newbies. No excuses! You should be here!

NEW! Pilates for Newbies * Wednesday * 6:30am
Just about everyone has heard of pilates, but many are still clueless about what it is and how to do add it to their fitness regimes. I teach the STOTT method of pilates, which is a safer version of traditional pilates, updated with current exercise science and physical therapy in mind. Come learn the principles, improve your posture and alignment, tone the stabilizer muscles of your torso, and reduce stress and muscle tension. Your body will thank you for it!
Experienced pilates students are welcome too!

Dust off that pair of free weights and take them outside! This is the perfect class for those who enjoy walking or jogging but want to tone the upper body. We'll blend fat-burning cardio drills with upper body exercises to get your arms in shape. Please bring a pair of 3-5 lb hand weights.
