Back by Popular Demand: Hula Hoop Fitness * Wednesdays * 9:15am
Sure, hooping tones the abs, releases tension and gets you in touch with your sassy self, but this class does oh so much more! In addition to learning cool hoop tricks, we'll use our hoops to burn fat, enhance our balance and agility, plus tone up our muscles. No experience required. Bring your own hoop you may purchase one for $15. Please specify when registering.

Walk/Jog/Run
Looking for a great way to burn fat, firm up your legs and bum, and reduce stress? Then how about running? Before you say “I’m not a runner!” consider this class. We’ll start with walking/jogging drills, and progress weekly so that by the end of the 7-week term you are running for 20 minutes! A great base to prep to train for 5K, 10K, even a marathon. You can do this and will be so proud of yourself. Class will include warm up, drills, core and cross training exercises, stretching, handouts and tracking calendars, and opportunities to team up with running buddies. For already established runners this class can boost your time and distance. Come on, it’ll be fun! See you there!
