BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Walk/Jog/Run! * Saturdays * 8:15am
Looking for a great way to burn fat, firm up your legs and bum, and reduce stress? Then how about running? Before you say “I’m not a runner!” consider this class. We’ll start with walking/jogging drills, and progress weekly so that by the end of the 7-week term you are running for 20 minutes! A great base to prep to train for 5K, 10K, even a marathon. You can do this and will be so proud of yourself. Class will include warm up, drills, core and cross training exercises, stretching, handouts and tracking calendars, and opportunities to team up with running buddies. For already established runners this class can boost your time and distance. Come on, it’ll be fun! See you there!
