Back by popular demand! This class will ease you into a jogging/running routine so gently you won't believe you're running for 20 minutes by the end of the term. Jogging is great ways to reduce stress, burn calories and tone up. Attention to form, cross training exercises, and your weekly DIY routine included. Grab a buddy and join us!

This class has it all: cardio drills, resistance exercises and balance challenges. We may use stairs, hills, monkey bars, see-saws, park benches and more! Class can be modified for newbies to athletes, so everyone can get a perfect workout based on their abilities and goals. You'll love it! Really!

Pilates exercises simultaneously tone and stretch opposing muscles groups. Add to that some yoga moves, foam rollers, fitness balls and rotational discs, you'll come away feeling taller and all Gumby-like. Great for your posture and flexibility.

The tempo is quicker so you flow from one exercise to the next, creating a fun and challenging workout.
