I'll help you set realistic goals, stay motivated, keep accountable. Together we'll address time management issues, food choices, overcoming “obstacles” and more in your efforts to live a healthy lifestyle.

Fees based in studio training Packages are paid in full at time of first session. Additional fees may apply for travel time, depending on location.

Cancellation policy
To cancel a session, please contact Kristin at least 24 hour in advance. Failure to do so results in a forfeit of session. Group sessions can still proceed without all present, but any participant's cancellation is still forfeited.
