October 2017 classes at Think Somatics

Folks have really been digging how each Somatics class has a particular focus. So, let's continue with that! Here's what's up for October.

Can't make it to a class that is screaming your name? No worries! No matter which class you attend, you will benefit. Have sore feet, or neck, or tight back? Somatics addresses the whole wonderful process of being a human being, and everything is connected, so each class will help the whole system, i.e. all of you!

Stop Fighting It! Somatics for a Freer Back

Free Your Feet with Somatics

Since I started doing Somatics I no longer where orthotics, inserts or squishy tennies with more bells and whistles than an first addition iphone. The soles of my feet actually have more tissue too. Come learn how to walk with ease! I even made a video recently about how I can hike in a shoe that's more like a moccasin than a clunky hiking boot.

Your knee joints are meant to bend and straighten. Your torso is meant to rotate with ease. Your hips (pelvis) are meant circle. So waht happens when the torso and pelvis don't move freely? Down the kinetic chain, the knees are twisting and grinding with every step, and that's not the way our knee joints are designed to function! Come free your center to move with ease.

Intro to Somatics
