Hey everyone!

Here's what's we will be exploring in class for the rest of June 2017. Every class provides multiple health benefits, so whether you think "Oh! I need a ___________ class!" or just want to feel great, join us. We aren't "parts" but a beautiful system that should move with ease and freedom.

Monday June 19

Come learn what chronic stress does to your posture and balance. We will explore standing somatic movements and then take that awareness into more strenuous routines.

Monday June 19
Somatics Basics  |  5:45pm  |  Think Somatics Studio
This class is a great place for newbies to begin and established students to recalibrate their understanding with fresh awareness. You will learn how to free the front, back, sides of the body and explore how to rotate with ease from your center. Say so long to tightness, and hello to freedom and lightness!

So many things doctors attribute to aging can be actually linked back to stress within the body. I've worked with women who have found Clinical Somatics has helped them end their urinary incontinence. Here's a post from a satisfied client who was so amazed she wanted to share her story with others.

Seated Somatics  |  8:30am  |  Think Somatics Studio
Babies, young children and all animals pandiculate multiple times a day. What is "pandicuating"? Pandiculations are gentle contractions of muscles and even gentler releases, that leaves muscles relaxed to their natural resting length. And that's what Hanna (or clinical) Somatic movements are. While typical class movements are done on a flat surface, I'll share simple, seated ways to pandiculate all day, at work, in traffic and while stuck on the phone with your stoopid internet provider. Bye bye stress, hello freedom!
