Fall Walk/Jog/Run Starts Saturday September 21


Personally, when the weather starts cooling off is when I really want to get out and run! So what better time to start up a new Walk/Jog/Run classes. It's always a lot of fun, and folks have been asking for it again, so here's the deal...

People who've never run before discover they can, and those who do run can improve their speed and efficiency. The plan is to do intervals of walking and jogging, increasing the jogs each week. By the end of the 7 weeks you're running 20 minutes! Similar to other programs, but even more gradual and you get to work with a certified personal trainer to help you out!

Walk/Jog/Run Program includes: 
  • tips on good running form and posture 
  • weekly group walk/jog/runs
  • weekly walk/jog homework 
  • cross training exercises 
  • flexibility and range of motion exercises 
  • foam roller and pilates exercises post run
  • great fun with a great group! 
$79 for the 7 weeks. Sign up with a friend and each save $5. 

Walk/Jog/Run starts Saturday, September 21 and ends November 2
Saturdays 8-9am
First session meets at the studio in South Tabor. Schedule to be announced to students at first session and all sessions will be in SE.
