Not only do I feel good when I eat good, studies show that a diet high in antioxidants from fruits and veggies may even help prevent skin cancer.
Oh, and while this may look all high and mighty, I'll be honest and let you know that I ended my day with a bike ride with friends down to Cloud City Ice Cream. Like I always say, everything in moderation. :-)
