How's this for irony. This morning, I'm talking on the phone to a mental health care provider in town who knows me and my approach to fitness/wellness and she says, "You're like the people's trainer!"I laughed and said, "Funny you should say that. I'm actually wearing one of my new, freshly printed t-shirts that says, just that. 'The People's Trainer of Portland'!"
Love that! And I love the new shirts. Thanks to Martrese White for the design and production help too!
