For some reason we all seem to be interested in what's on other people's plates. Friends tell me I should post the weird things I eat. Yesterday's late lunch seems like a good one to share. I topped an avocado half with curried salmon salad 2.0. This verson had chopped celery, cukes, and cilantro. The spiciness of the curry paired nicely with the smooth, creamy goodness of the avocado. Yum!
